Fresh People are partnering with a well-established, independent accountancy and advisory firm in Kent, known for delivering high-quality audit, tax, and advisory services to a diverse and growing client base.
As part of continued growth, they are looking to appoint a Senior Auditor to join their Audit & Assurance team. This is an opportunity to step into a role that offers far more than traditional audit delivery — with real exposure to clients, advisory work, and progression.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Leading and delivering audit assignments from planning through to completion
- Managing on-site audit teams and coordinating fieldwork
- Reviewing financial statements and ensuring compliance with UK standards
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships
- Identifying opportunities to add value through advisory insights
- Supporting and mentoring junior team members
- Working collaboratively across tax and advisory teams
What We’re Looking For
- ACA / ACCA qualified (or nearing qualification)
- Strong experience within an accountancy practice environment
- Solid audit experience across a range of clients
- Confident communicator with strong client-facing ability
- Commercial awareness and a proactive approach
- Someone looking to progress and take on more responsibility
