Fresh People are currently recruiting for a Sales Administrator on behalf of our client a Fresh Produce Business based in the Sittingbourne Location.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Administration experience
  • Good organisational skills
  • Prophet or similar ERP system experience an advantage
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work to challenging deadlines in a pressurised environment
  • Good written and verbal communication skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Transfer daily supermarket orders for next day/same day delivery and upload to Prophet ensuring all orders have been checked and received correctly
  • Take ownership and ensure the accuracy of ancillaries and resources
  • Allocate stock in rotation sufficient to produce customers next day/same day demand.
  • Ensure that all product is used efficiently and effectively to maximise yields.
  • Ensure that all necessary information is ready for presentation at the daily operations meetings
  • Provide information to the customers operations team to facilitate the most efficient distribution solution versus packing requirement
  • To be responsible for taking charge of all account based queries in the first instance.
  • Ensure that the auto-weekend pre-checks have been carried out flagging up any issues to the Production Support Manager, the Finance Manager and the Shift Operations Manager.
  • Set up lines on the ERP system according to the availability of product as confirmed by the Job Scheduler/Production Shift Manager.
  • To review/reconcile the work order stock information to increase the accuracy of stock.
