You will work closely with the Managing Director, providing high-level executive and personal support in a fast-moving, ever-changing environment. This role requires exceptional organisation, strong judgement, and the ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining a clear focus on cost control and value for money.Executive Assistant Responsibilities
- Extensive inbox management and meeting coordination
- Complex, demanding, and constantly changing diary management
- Coordination of UK and international travel, including detailed itineraries
- Management of projects under strict and often changing timelines
- Stakeholder management, developing strong working relationships with internal teams, external partners, and advisors
- Preparation of presentations and documentation, requiring excellent written skills and attention to detail
- Proofreading and quality checking of correspondence and materials
- Organisation of lunches, meetings, events, and hospitality
- Acting as a trusted gatekeeper and key point of contact
About You
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant supporting senior leaders
- Experience working in a professional services, client-facing, or complex stakeholder environment
- Strong diary, inbox, and travel management experience
- Excellent PC skills with strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail
- Confident, professional communicator at all levels
- Discreet, reliable, and trusted with confidential information
- Flexible, adaptable, and calm under pressure
