The Opportunity

We are currently recruiting for a highly organised and proactive Executive Assistant & Team Coordinator to join a growing and fast-paced professional services environment in Canterbury.

This is a pivotal role within the business, offering the opportunity to work closely with senior leadership, supporting multiple Partners while helping to drive efficiency, organisation and seamless client delivery across the wider team.

The Role

You will play a key role in supporting Partners and their teams, ensuring the smooth running of daily operations and maintaining a high standard of client service.

Key responsibilities include:

Administrative Support

  • Providing full administrative support to multiple Partners
  • Coordinating meetings (virtual and face-to-face), preparing agendas and tracking actions
  • Managing diaries, travel arrangements and logistics
  • Supporting with timesheets, expenses and mileage records
  • Raising invoices and credit notes where required

Client Management

  • Acting as a first point of contact for clients via phone and email
  • Managing communications and ensuring timely, professional responses
  • Supporting new client onboarding and maintaining accurate internal records
  • Ensuring processes and procedures are followed consistently

Team Coordination

  • Supporting communication between Partners and their teams
  • Helping to manage workflow, deadlines and project progress
  • Contributing to a well-organised, efficient and professional working environment

About You

We’re looking for someone who is highly organised, professional and confident working in a fast-paced environment:

  • Proven experience as a PA, EA or Team Coordinator
  • Ideally experience within professional services (accountancy, legal, financial services)
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Confident communicator with a professional and polished manner
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Discreet, trustworthy and able to handle confidential information
  • Able to manage multiple priorities and work to deadlines
