We’re recruiting for a Regional Finance Manager to join a global leader in the fresh produce industry. Based in Bristol, this role covers 3 key sites across the South West, providing financial leadership, commercial insights, and strategic guidance to drive performance and profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver financial reporting, forecasts, budgets, and variance analysis.
- Support branch managers and regional directors with insights and decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with SOX controls and company policies.
- Lead margin management, performance benchmarking, and process improvements.
The Ideal Candidate:
- CIMA/ACCA qualified accountant with experience in FMCG, fresh produce, or food wholesale.
- Strong communicator and relationship builder across all business levels.
- Proactive, results-driven, and adaptable to changing environments.
- Willingness to travel regularly across the region, with potential overnight stays in Southampton.
