Main Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate recording of packaging issuing, consumption and Prophet reconciliation of usage.
- Ensure best in class layout and fit for all labelling signals issued to lines and printed details to labels, PLUs and box-ends.
- Target zero non-conform approach and apply necessary checks and procedures to deliver accurate labelling first-time, all the time.
- Responsible for the issuing and accurate recording of all packaging movements in and out of the issue area onto Prophet
- Ensure WIP and Sundries procedure is being adhered to and all locations are accurate.
- Ensure that there are adequate systems and checks in placed for the data entry, correct input parameters and verification of labels.
- Ensure the printing, production and issue of labels is in accordance with up to date specifications and technical standards with full traceability.
- Take full responsibility for the day-to-day management for the live-stock system.
- Ensure Stock Controllers have a suitable checking plan to capture all stock requirements including, Packaging, Consumable, Sundry Items and indirect item such as cleaning materials.
- Ensure full physical stock check cycles are complete and anomalies are investigated and reconciled in real time.
- Ensure that all relevant (KPIs) are accurately documented and maintained.
- ERP Business System Superuser for stock management systems and process accuracy
- Co-ordinate the training and development of key team members and support other teams where necessary

- Print Room Management Experience
- Prophet ERP system
- Packaging knowledge
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to work to challenging deadlines in a pressurised environment
