Role – HR Cooridnator

At Fresh People we are seeking a proactive and people-focused HR Coordinator to join a dynamic team within the fast-paced fresh produce sector. This role plays a key part in delivering high-quality HR support across the entire employee lifecycle, ensuring compliance, consistency, and engagement throughout the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide guidance to managers and staff on a range of HR matters including employee relations, absence, and performance
- Manage onboarding and offboarding processes, including inductions and exit interviews
- Maintain HR records, documents, and internal systems to a high standard
- Produce regular HR reports and support audits
- Ensure all internal policies are communicated clearly and adhered to
- Assist with internal projects and staff events, promoting wellbeing and engagement
- Uphold GDPR standards and maintain strict confidentiality
What We’re Looking For:
- At least 2 years’ experience in a generalist HR role
- CIPD Level 3 (or working towards)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Confidence in using HR systems and Microsoft Office
- A team player with high ethical standards and a proactive attitude
